All the successful people extract time from their busy schedule to read, therefore reading is very important.

The answer to this question totally depends on the type of book you are reading like if you are reading an academic or text book then I consider the best time to read between 5 am - 7 am. As per some scientific research the energy around you in these hours is highly positive which helps you connect more with the book.

Also, according to some research the best time to not read a book is immediately before sleeping.

However, you can grasp a lot from a book when you are traveling and not sitting at the window. If you form this a habit, then your daily commutation time can become the best time for reading books

You can read a lot of self-help books in the evening hours like 5–6 pm and the afternoon time is considered as the best for reading fiction books particularly mystery novels. You can read comic books with your children immediately before dinner.

Make sure you keep your mobile at a distance and not look at it while you are reading to make your reading time the best.
